cactus bc SOCAL I think this is the earliest I have emailed on my mission in a long time lol. hey guys #tatted this week was good. We had Zone Conference and it was mostly about Joseph Smith. You know Joseph Smith is seriously such an amazing example. Everything he went through and he still stood up for the church. It made me a think a lot about how sometimes I think being a missionary is way hard, that everyone hates us, but in comparison, it is nothing compard to him. wowowow. Siosefa Samita = Joseph Smith in Tongan I also saw Sister Gunter, missssssssss her and love her what else idk not much to report on we had a lesson with that guy Ben and his wifey Marium, they were so nice, bUT I SAID THE OPENING PRAYER AND THEN HE ASKED WHY WOMAN DONT COVER THEIR HEAD WHEN TALKING TO GOD LIKE HOW IT SAYS WE SHOULD DO IN 1 CORINTHIANS AND I AM NEVER OFFERING A PRAYER AGAIN. JK but his wife covered her head with this cute lace thing , and in 1 Corinthians ...

Mini missionaries, also peep sister Thompson lololol Something I realized is that old ladies are always trying to wreck my life. Story time  On Wednesday we stopped by this lil old ladies home to us that bathroom and first she told me I knocked so quietly that no one will answer the door, whatever what ever.  THEN SHE TOLD ME MY HAIR LOOKED VERY WINDBLOWN AND ASKED IF IT WAS SUPER WINDY OUT  IT'S FINE. I'M FINE. THIS IS FINE.  Anyway, besides being torn by cute little Sister Bell, it was a really good week ! First of all, we got 2 lil mini missionaries for the day on Saturday which was dope. They were so cute, Hannah and Taylor.  We decided we were going to eat lunch at the park and do some park contacting,  welllllllll we walk over to the bathrooms for sister Thompson to use and we start talking to this cute family ! We were talking to them about their beliefs and how they were the most awesome family because they always say their pra...

Hellllllo! Its Pday! obvi it was a crazy week lets be real. Since I thought I was staying another transfer I didn't pack anything, so the chaos (learned how to spell it) was real. I think I left a million things in that apartment. But saying bye was so hard, I love the Tongans with my whole heart. I am going to wear my Tongan named tag the rest of my mission though.  Being here with a lot of white people is weird, and 100% english? I AM CONFUSED, hearing Tongan, and speaking mixed tongan and english for 4 and a half months really grows on you. idk how to talk to people anymore. ALSO! I am training Sister Thompson! She is so so cute, love her. she is just ready at all times , she reminds me a lot of me when I first came out (hint hint @ Sister Christiansen and Sister Simpkins) She is not afraid to talk, which is what I love. Sister Thompson is from Twin Falls Idaho, and she loves cooking, I am #blessed So I am in the City Creek ward, and it is a nice ni...

Transfers are Wednesday. Sister Ganus, and Pablo that Hermana Christian gave me We also had interviews with President Dixon, and it was really good, I finally told him I was terrified of him, and I told him I didn't know if it was because I felt the need to impress him or what and he said "well its working" my dude then he asked me if I could do 1 more transfer in Palmetto because I found my inner poly, and I was like "h*ck yeah, I love the Tongans"  Then we talked about what kind of person needs to come to Tonga and blah blah blah and were I will go AFTER next transfer, that was weird. Okay well Sunday night rolls around (last night) and we are on calls with our District Leader about our week, and he told us he already got transfers bc he use to be tech elder or whateves, then we kept freaking out because he knew, then transfers came in an email and us and the hermanas all freaked out so I accidentally hung up on Elder Ogden! and heres...
