Lol ayeeeeee. California is lit but representing the Lord is sooooo much cooler. Sister Christiansen is so fun honestly, she has the cheerful personality that makes it hard to even be a little down. Also I talk to everyone and she thinks it's cool so there's that. 

So last week it was so hot, but recently it's been like in the low 80s and 70s,

We went on a hike this morning and it was 66 degrees.

This past week we met a man named Javier, it was cool, he's been alcohol free for 17 years! When we had our first lesson with him, he said his life has been hard and that he was about to start crying before we stopped and talked with him. He said he believes everything happens for a reason.

It was cool. It's neat to see how people open up to us.

Also every time we drive by a McDonald's I make a comment on how we should get it.

Finally Sister Christiansen gave in, and the employee was from the Spanish Ward, and them a girl was there from the Samoan ward, she is waiting for her mission call. It was a cute little gathering. Plus McDonald's. Yum.

Also we got the best tacos the next day, there's a taco stand that always has a huge line and we decided we had to try them.

We waited in line for almost an hour. But so worth it.

I'm not really sure what else to say.

The church is true though.

We made 4th of July cupcakes with someone we help do service for at a senior center. It was fun.

Yo. This week was really good. I can't believe this is my third p-day in California. I'm having a blast though. We almost half way done with this transfer! But let's get down to the important part.

It's hot. It's so hot. I don't think I'm even sweating anymore, I think my body is literally crying. I think Tuesday and Wednesday it's suppose to be like 107. Pls pray for me and my well being. 

Okay another fun thing, we are meeting with this lady named Dee, I love Dee. For a while Sister Christiansen made fun of how I talked and then Dee and I literally talked the same. And we just got louder together, I had a blast.

A good portion of our pictures are taken in the car.

She said she loved learning about religion, and when we went over the Restoration with her, that was crazy, she talked 100 miles a second. 

But we were clownin too. But at the end of the lesson she told us it all made sense, it's just hard for her to wrap her head around since she's never heard this before. I'm excited to meet with her more. Love her.

Also, we set one of our less active on LDS singles. I'm still weak we did that.

Bless her heart, she always has bad men in her life and she said she wanted a nice Mormon man, and honestly if she got one, I think she would be good. 

We went in with the intention to read the Book of Mormon with her, but this was more important. Also put her on mutual. (The Mormon tinder)

So we're hoping for the best with her.

I think Sister Christiansen and I are getting tacos today. I'm excited because that one taco stand is sooooo good.

But okay yea, that's that. It's been real.
