Obviously I have lost any creativity for the subjects for these emails, but transfers are Wednesday. Sister Thompson will be officially out of training, it was an interesting ride. Even though I struggled a little bit (or a lot a bit). It was so so cool to see her change in these last 3 months. But here we are! Sister Thompson is leaving me, shes going to the desert (just in time for summer) and guess what? I'm training again! We had interviews with president this week, and he told me he didn't know if I would be leaving or not, and I told him I was fine with whateves. He told me I was a really good trainer (little does he know) so here we go again pls pray anywho, it was a good week! We saw Miss Mona on Wednesday (she missed our lesson on Tuesday) and she came out and said "Sorry sisters, I cannot read the Book. I talked to my pastor and you guys are a cult" and blah blah blah. AND I LITERALLY CRIED AT HER I'M SUCH A BABY WHATE...

Hellllllllo! We got to go to the temple this week! I love love love the temple I love that it is like 10 minutes from me haha When I was there, I just thought about the fact I'm pumped to go allllll the time when I get home. What else happened? I feel like a million things happened but I just can't remember a single thing. We are teaching a lady named Miss M. (love herrrrrrrrr) She called us this week and asked for us to stop by to help her clean something because we told her she could always use us to clean her home, and she had us sit down and she told us her entire life story. Poor Miss M, she is seriously such a beautiful person inside and out. We were able to share a scripture from the Book of Mormon, Mosiah 24: 13-14 "And it came to pass that the voice of the Lord came to them in their afflictions, saying: Lift up your heads and be of good comfort, for I know of the covenant which ye have made unto me; and I will covenant with my people and...

Hello hello, here we are again, Time is flying but things are still going great! This week we got to pick oranges and ever since then my allergies have been out of control. The best smell in the world is orange blossoms, but its also the worst BECAUSE DYING. I'm so stuffy and my eyes are red 24/7 :( constantly getting asked if I'm crying ://// W is still doing awesome. We were about to go have a lesson with him when the elders called, they asked "what are you teaching W in your lesson thats in 15 minutes" We were h*cka confused, we told them the Plan of Salvation, they said "okay cool, we just taught him that" WHATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT , I was really really mad. They said they saw him outside his house and decided to stop by and have a lesson with him. ELDERS. We had a really good lesson with Walter though, we were able to actually apply the Plan of Salvation to him , which is Gods plan for us to return to him. He really enjoyed it and i...

ANYWHO, I went on exchanges again with Hermana Bradshaw, but I went to Spanish land. I am grateful for the spanish I have been able to pick up on my mission because I could do some communicating , also shout out to the gift of tongues. We had a really fun lesson with a cute family, picture should be included also this week we had zone conference!! We were suppose to have Elder Cook (Carl B.) come but since he became an area 70 he canceled on us. BUT! Zone Conference was so so good!! We learned a lot about asking good questions, and how to be more effective missionaries.  Zone Conference for us was on Thursday, but the Smiley Park Sisters (Sister Nez and Whitehead) during lunch came in, and announced it was my birthday the next day and 3 zones sang happy birthday to me, a...

Hello hello! I hope everyone had a fantastic Easter and were able to watch General Conference! love love LOVE general conference. OKAY FIRST OF ALL, LETS START WITH THE BIGGEST BLESSIN THIS MISSIONARY HAS EVER SEEN OKAY so , Sister Thompson and I got a referral from elders in Yucaipa for a guy named Walter, his info said he wanted to get back into church and his fiance wanted to be baptized. We knew there was noooo way it was that good , so of course we stop by. We meet Walter and he showed us how he has been studying the seminaries and institute manuels because he wants to be a seminary/ institute teacher and is ready to be baptized. He almost got baptized about 2 years ago but who he was dating at the time didnt want him to, so he didnt. He told us how he prayed for 3 days to run into missionaries, and the elders he had met, their car had broken down and thats the reason they were able to meet him! So Walter also gave us his girlfriend Brittanys number because ...
