mama day roses
:') mothers day was so nice,
I got to talk to mom and mark and Syd and Naran.
i <3 my fam
(sorry Nathan and Teila, i'll see u in 6 months)
Remember when I was in the MTC for like 4 days and then got to call home for mothers day?
I'm all out of call homes, next time I talk to my fam, i'll be home :(
unless I extend, hehe
It was also a fun mothers day, we bought a whole bunch of roses and delivered them to moms (there is a member in our ward who's wife does not really like the church, so we left her some flowers by their door)
anyway,
It was a really really good week.
W. had his interview with President, President thinks hes going to be able to get baptized May 26, we will hopefully find out this week. W. is so so funny, literally my fave human being.
ALSO ALSO ALSO ! C. (M's husband) is on date to be baptized June 16! It was originally for June 30 but then bishop was like "wow, you pick the one day i will be out of town" so we moved it up!
LITERALLY LOVE.
The day we picked the 16 , the APs called us, turns out they had a member record for Ma. in their missionary area book, and they stopped by (because they technically live in their area, but when the boundary changed, we somehow got M. in our area.. inspired)
And they were so confused, but after talking , they decided it was good for us to keep going by (duh)
We had a really good lesson with Miss Mona, she is now on date for baptism for June 30! She has a lot of outside sources that are trying to preach against us, so lets hope it happens! She is awesome, and its neat to see the holy ghost working with her.
We saw Br. this week (the 15 year old who we were teaching and then softball picked up and she got really busy) she told us softball was over, and she wants to be baptized in June or July she wants to surprise her parents (they really want her to be baptized so bad) so we are going to start over the lessons with her, and start planning her baptism!
also, we have an awesome lesson with a member and her 2 nieces, K and C who are 12 and want to be baptized tonight, im so so pumped.
Literally City Creek is blossoming!!!!!!!!!
the elders set up a baseball game on Saturday so tons of people came to that, it was really fun, and i didnt completely suck.
It was such a good week,
love you all.
